Bàrbara Forés 'En Moviment N3'

The 100% Garnatxa Negra for En Moviment N3 was grown from old vines in a single, east-facing two-acre plot called Coll de Batea. The grapes are hand harvested and spend six days macerating in contact with the skins. Fermentation takes place in clay amphora, and the wine matures in the same tanks for nine months before being bottled without filtration or added sulfites.
