Valldolina 'Ona', Penedès Merlot

The grapes for this 100% Merlot (past vintages were made with Marselan) hand harvested from a single parcel in the Valldolina estate in Alt Penedès, which is located entirely with the national protected area of the Massís del Garraf. The grapes are pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled, stainless steel 3,000-liter vats, then aged for 3 months before bottling.

Ona is a reference to Núria's daughter, Ona!
