Domaine Saint Sylvestre, 'Saint Sylvestre Rouge'

Beatrice and Sebastien Fillon decided to turn their lives upside down by buying the 15 hectare domaine Le Clos du Serres in the recently formed (2014) sub-appellation of Terrasses du Larzac. They were won over by the quality of life, surrounded by wild, unspoilt nature, set among olive groves, vines and the wild garrigue, and the vastly diverse soil types which they refer to as a ‘geological mosaic.’
