Uva de Vida 'Biográfico Tinto'
Uva de Vida is a small, family-owned winery in Santa Olalla (Toledo) and utilizes biodynamic farming to create their natural wines. The fruit for the 100% Graciano in the Latitud 40 ferments for seven days in stainless steel tanks in contact with the skins and stems using indigenous yeasts, and undergoes full malolactic fermentation. The wine then ages in stainless steel before being bottled without any filtration and clarified naturally using gravity.
Uva de Vida means 'grape of life' in Spanish. Biográfico translates to biography.
