Ca N'Estruc Blanc
The Ca n'Estruc Blanc is a blend of Xarel·lo, Muscat, Macabeu, Chardonnay and Garnatxa Blanca, all from various plots ~500 feet above sea level in alluvial clay soils with gravel. The vines are between 30 to 50 years old, and are farmed ecologically and biodynamically.
The grapes for the Ca n'Estruc Blanc are harvested by hand, followed by a soft press. The juice is allowed to settle for 24 hours, then racked and fermented with natural yeasts in temperature-controlled, stainless steel tanks for a few weeks.
