Hand harvested and using small boxes of 10kg, the grapes for this Sauvignon Blanc & Semillon blend come exclusively from a single estate vineyard. A part of the wine has been fermented in barrels of new French oak, with a certain period of aging on lees. The rest of the wine aged in small stainless steel tanks of 2500 liters and in stone carved vats from the 12th century (carved by monks directly into the mountainside).

Taleia in Catalan means ‘obsession’. Obsession, passion, a bit of madness... It refers to what the project of Castell d’Encus represents for Raül.
